Adams journey in the sport began in the saddle as a jockey, where he was fortunate enough to ride at the highest levels and experience the thrill of big-race success on numerous occasions.

Over the years, Adam built a career on hard work, determination, and a genuine love for the horse – values that continue to shape everything he does today.

For nearly 10 years, Adam has enjoyed great success with Vicarage Farm Pre-Training, focusing on breaking and pre-training yearlings on behalf of a range of clients, including Godolphin. During this time, he has been associated with many Group 1 winners, including 2000 Guineas winner Notable Speech, July Cup winner Millstream, and five-time Group 1 winner Modern Games.

Now, as a Racehorse Trainer, he’s taken that experience and perspective and brought it into a new chapter. He understands what it takes to get the best out of a horse, not just physically, but mentally too. Every horse in his yard is treated as an individual, with care, patience, and attention to detail at the heart of the training process.

With access to excellent facilities and varied training grounds, we can tailor each horse’s routine to suit their individual needs, keeping them happy, relaxed, and moving forward in the right way. With acres of turnout available, they also have the freedom to be themselves.

For Adam, it’s not just about winning races – it’s about building partnerships. Whether you’re an experienced owner or completely new to racing, he pride’s himself on being approachable, honest, and fully committed to giving both you and your horse the best possible experience.

My aim is simple: to develop happy, healthy horses that can perform to their full potential on the track – and to enjoy the journey along the way.
